So I am currently making a map for a server that I am making. I found a map that I wanted to base it off of. I was going to ask the author, but he did not want to be bugged about his map. I dident even bother, contacting him. So I decompiled the map and everything turned out fine, except one thing. It was the textures, all of the textures were NoDraw. So I decided to retexture the map and I launched it but each time I launch the map, all the textures are not there. So its like nodraw everywhere.
Please post your compile log when you have tried recompiling this with the texture changes. Thanks.
The mapper maybe put a nodraw protection, changing all texture into nodraw when someone decompile.
Searched around on Google to find more info on "nodraw protection", sounds like a good way to protect my maps.
Anyone know where to find info on how to do this?

Would it be as simple as copying the whole map, then pasting it into a fresh new one in hammer?
Then if you make sure all the brushes are actual world geometry instead of some other bull shit, and then have a look for the protectors listed above, I'd say a compile of this completely different map would fix it up :D
