So i'm using the urban_grass_overgrown detail sprite vbsp config from l4d, which corresponds to the detail/detailsprites_overgrown
I have set that up in my map parameters, and added it to my material vmt files, but when i look at them ingame they are not lined up properly at all and look like this:
