Damn IT, I try to make my own server, just for me, single player experience

I'm trying to make my own server, but for some reason, with that installation with run.ds.bat file, I have done everything what I needed, but when installation goes to that point that it says on cmd connecting anonymously to Steam Public etc, it keeps that doing again, again, again, again, again, again and AGAIN! There is wroted that ''Error! App '258550' state is 0x202 after update job. quit'' and then next line: '' 'RustDedicated.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file''
I have that Rust game installed on D: location and this server bat file is on C: location, so should I try to move that server bat file to also D: location, and then run that program?

post your bat. by the way dont use run.ds.bat it may irritate some scripts. instead use something like run_ds.bat
