Players crashing

I have recently opened up my servers. Everything works perfect for the most part; however, a few players crash before they get into the server. I asked them for the dump file, and they read:

All users have unsubbed to all content, verified game cache, uninstalled steam, Gmod and ads.
One user has had been able to log in sometimes, but it sometimes reverts back to crashing.
