scaling it back up doesn't work, because it's already become blurry and pixelated. it needs to be bigger to begin with.
Scaling aside, the picture itself is very monotone. The soldiers blend too well with the ground and it's hard to focus on plus the shadows are too dark that it leaves a lot out. The picture also feels like it has very little physical scale, like the scene just drops off after those trees and the sky begins immediately. Also is that mass at the bottom sand or water?
Too be perfectly honest I can't quite remember what I was going for there, I think it's supposed to be a shallow pool of water. I didn't have any water props so I improvised with something else.
