im wondering if this game could let you give others players certain permissions instead of searching for an addon to give superior power to a friend
If you are talking about ULX I dont know much about game haveing its custom admin tools.All I know there was talk about maybe importing something like ulx.

I might be wrong... The weapons you are talking about are part of DarkRP OR downloaded addons. It's up to the developer of the addon to restrict the weapons to admin or not.
I get what you are saying. It's annoying to use the admin only tools when you don't have ULX or another rank manager installed. I don't see a huge need for it, if you want to restrict the weapons/tools you should go out of your way to get a rank manager and restrict them yourself.
What would be the point importing ULX. Its written in an entirely different language. You could spend weeks writing an interpreter or you could just rewrite ULX in C# and make it even better.
