func_areaportalwindow conflicts with the Hint texture but not with Nodraw. I need something like a Nodraw without collision.
Got bug! func_areaportalwindow inside water brush will broke it, split it or spawn self as water.
So you want the area_portal window to be invisible? and you want to use it in water as well?
I think the problem is that translucent brushes do not block visibility.
You Could try a func_brush with the Solidity set to 0 and set Solid BSP to true, along with alpha to 0
