I would like to ask if I'm allowed to request a custom made (or altered) model and if yes, how shall I do this?

You're allowed to request models to be made for you anywhere in the modelling section, EXCEPT for the WIP ports and hacks thread(Don't even think about doing it). But, do not expect it to be done for you all the time, and if nobody does it, I'd recommend looking up how to do it on your own(Or just ask one of us, most of us will try and help you out).
