Garry's Mod Not Responding

When I join some servers my garry's mod stops responding. This is right after sending client info. This does not happen on all servers only some. I have searched google for countless hours and nothing has helped me
System:
CPU: AMD FX-8320E 8 Core CPU
GPU: AMD RX 480 8GB
Ram: 16GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Storage: 500GB SSD + 1TB 7200rpm drive
Things I've Tried:
Verifying Cache files
Uninstalling and Disabling all addons
Restarting PC
Running as Admin
Reinstalling GMOD

Any help would be much appreciated.

What prints in your console before your game stops responding?

If you are unable to have the console opened while loading do the following:
Navigate to your Steam Library>Right Click Garry's Mod>Properties>Set Launch Options>add
-condebug
Then it will save in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\console.log (unless you have your game on a different drive.)

This will probably not work but it's worth a shot. Try to clear your download cache (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3134-TIAL-4638)

To me this looks like an addon has a coding issue. Try disabling all your addons.

I have tried disabling all the addons and still the same problem.

Are you sure they're disabled? Because the error's coming from an addon called Utime. Try unsubscribing from that. Additionally, this person seemed to be having the same problem as you.

Other servers that use utime I am fine on. Also it is disabled. I stopped downloading custom files from servers too. The error prevents me from playing on my targeted servers. Once I load in, the game just freezes.

Try uninstalling Utime completely, as that's where the error seems to be from.

I just checked and it seems that Utime was never installed. Problem still persists.
