I think radios should be put in the game. it would be a item that sits in your clothing slot and lay's on your chest with a ear piece in one ear. you tune in frequencies by clicking it and typing in a 4 digit code, the chance of being in someone elses frequency would be the same as getting someones base codes. The radio itself will show you a outline of anyone in your frequencys body in a glowing light if close enough, just like dropped items. and show them on the map.
