StarWarsRP Says I need to download a Config file from GitHub

Every time I try to do something specific like setting up a Jail Pos then it would say this in chat:
IMPORTANT! YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE CONFIG FROM THE GITHUB PROJECT, THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE COLOR AND OTHER SETTINGS!

I have the DarkRp Gamemode and DarkRp modification installed correctly yet I still can't find a fix for this :/ and I feel like the fix is really obvious xd
