I'm want to create voice effect. Like police officer talking in radio.
Is it possible to create voice radio effect?
A CSoundPatch DSP would normally be used for this, but I'm not really familiar with it so your results may vary.
It would be fucking awesome if we could apply DSP effects into players and then make it sounds with those filters
Still, Gmod voice engine is cow shit, weird that it didn't go update after tf2 and csgo got updated
