• Ability to level various skills

A universal leveling system that stays with you server to server? Similar to runescape, a combat and designated pvp zone or zones can greatly reduce kos and promote social activity, along with competition to advance levels either in combat: (Attack, strength, defence, ect.) or trades things like crafting, mining, woodcutting, ect. The higer the level in a skill, the higher the amount you can benefit from it or even get access exlusive items/armor. As said, these levels stay server to server. If theres nothing to do in game, i can go ahead and skill on npc's or skill a trade for coins, xp, quests, ect. Can we also possibly have a stable economy and the ability to trade-window players? Your level should not matter to trade any player at any time. You give gold coins or whatever for items, ect. This can make the game go farther than just building and raiding. I feel the building aspect should be less focused on, and more of the in world interactions/pvp. This is just my opinion
To the first Idea I'd say no if not only for the reason the coding for that particular setup is a whole world different than what Rust is and has. but who knows its a new game using the assets and resources from Rust. @The trade window idea thats kind of what shop fronts are as well as the Trading window glass wall. And as Ive played and seen on youtube within rust basically sulfur which is a golden color is often used as a currency.
Wouldn't make sense, btw I do play runescape and am making gmaul pure and I can say a game with mechanics similar to that of rust, individual skills wouldnt work very well, as then specific items would become useless depending on skills making a large majority of items pratically useless. Take bandos armor in runescape, if your a pure to get max hit at low cmb lvl, its basicaly pointless to get and even though its got sick stats having different skills makes it more efficent than actually getting 60 defense. Also mechanics probably take in a flat number of damage depending on what ur using I think not sure ofc. Like, a longsword does 70 damage to the head when wearing leather head armor for example? If leather armors a thing etc
