Interesting choice of making the new monuments appear to be player made. The other monuments gave off the feeling the island has been abandoned for years and the players are the first people to live on it since. These new monuments change up that feeling. It shows that players are not the first to be thrown into this hostile land, but merely another addition. Adds to the mystery of what is going on. Haha.
Also, I do like the idea of making the crash site a building blocked zone. This will cause the fighting to be very instence. It was always a pain when myself and my buddy would arrive at the air drop just to see it surrounded by walls. This may cause people approach the airdrop more cautiously. Though it maybe nice if sandbags to be deployed there. That way it would offer some protection (and give a reason for people to use sandbags). We shall see.

It would be epic if building blocks had a set of varying models that could be randomly selected when placed. This would make bases look more hand made. I don't know of any other games that have this kind of feature off the top of my head so I'll show you an example in minecraft: Intead of a stone base looking like this:Gyazo A stone base would look more like this:Gyazo
I also think that a system where some unique building blocks require componates to create and would look like looted and reused structures. These blocks would either be interactable or just be for strategic design
since they decided to raise online reid. then why should not they increase strength when players sleep. this greatly complicates the reid. Look here. me reidyat when I sleep. because you can do. increase the strength of the base when I sleep. thus, during the game the base will be more vulnerable, easier to zareidit.
Here is hoping that the new report system is used properly rather than people clicking report as a reaction to getting killed by anything. I oddly look forward to a increase of claims of false positive bans soon.

Actually if I recall there is (or was) a multiplayer game that did that on the xbox 360. Instead of voting for on a map, players would vote for what parts they want on a map.
That would be a great way to include small towns or outposts. Just like the walled towned in The exact placement of the buildings inside the wall (or fence) could be changed each wipe.
weekly updates are actually fun... every other god damn MMO out there has monthly or even quarterly updates...so having something different feels refreshing...
in some places. you need to make logs or the ability to jump over the water. the river through the stones. especially in the arctic, winter biome. I do not want to lose hp, freeze, wet. and where I can warmly swim in the printseep without difficulty. such a trifle will make the game a little more subtle. Water can be waterproofed in two ways. not just one log. but also for a change to make stones. one stone in the water. like a frog. you can jump over. but on the log just proty. this will make diversity in the approach. agree that some logs will bother. You can also think about. pipe. concrete partition. and in it along the river one, two or more pipes.
Freezing water is good. Thats what makes snow biome more "treaterous" and you need to think outside the box to live there.
You can already jump over ice sheets in some freezing water (only some frozen lakes have it, to be balanced), plus you can build bridges over rivers.
Also whoever builds a bridge and controls it - has some "leverage" and can use that to their advantage. That opens up some creative gameplay mechanics (traps, or trading, or being able to fight raiders).

То что есть ледянящая вода в игре - это кстати большой плюс. Именно поэтому в снежной биоме интереснее обитать - это делает её более "коварной" и нужно мозгами шевелить, что бы там выживать.
Перепрыгивать через холодные реки (воду) и так можно через дрейфующие льдины (естественно они есть не везде - для баланса), к тому же можешь строить мосты через реки.
Так же, тот кто построит мост и будет его конртолировать - получает преимущество которое он может использовать в свою пользу. Это делает игру ("мету") более интересной и не прямолинейной. Можно на мосту ставить ловушки, использовать его для торговли (и постройки магазина) или преимущество (хоть и небольшое) при отбивании атак рейдеров - через воду рейдить тяжелее.
