I think there are two ways to solve the problem: 1) Call the provider and ask him to check the Internet line, packet loss on your part, in the extreme case, change the provider. 2) Contact the developers. I do not really know where to start, but I think that we should ask that the developers optimize the bandwidth.
By the way, I realized this when I created my server, on my server the game works perfectly, even on ultra high graphics settings. You can try to create your own server, and make sure that freezes are precisely because of the game servers. Either the provider or the developer can fix these problems.
