Certain servers get stuck on "sending client info"

Certain servers will always get stuck on sending client info (not just DarkRP servers, even servers with low amounts of addons) they will get stuck on this exact position forever and will never continue past this point. I really need help.

My pc specs are well above what is needed.

what kind of internet do you have?
at this point there is a upload of your information to the server, depending upon your internet speed your upload speed may be the issue.

60 up 60 down internet wired ethernet straight to the router
it shouldnt be a problem

hmmm, well if it's certain servers only, perhaps it's that servers loading issues

Thats not it because I have been perfectly capable of connecting to them before, and now I cant

Starting singleplayer and joining does not seem to help, gets stuck on the same part

Hmm maybe a anti-virus program causing it.
