Tc changes and wb going to ruin rust when it will be out of beta? - Rust

when rust is out of beta and new players buy the game, it's safe to say that they will have rough time grinding for wb3 and learning everything. Also i think you should be able to craft a gun whenever you want, that's why i think seperating guns and items, such as c4 or garage door. I think you should add weaponbench, where players can modify and do their own type of guns with components. Also i personally don't like that you can climb bases with ladders and i feel like tc's whole concept is now gone.

They definetly are not going to destroy Rust. The workbenches & upkeep are great. Sure it takes some time and the time also takes a lot of time but its rewarding with fun etc. Ladders & Twig are also fun, new building meta!

I disagree with everything you've written...

so you think every new player is capable of getting over 1700 scrap (only for workbenches) and then they also need to learn bp's when there is a bp wipe on official servers.

the tc part i agree with also been able to scale buildings with the ladders., and yes its too hard to find the parts you need if you dont play 24/7 and by the end of the month the big clans will have wiped the map as it stands so it may as well wipe as normal

I think every new player is capable of getting 50 scrap on day 1 to get the base set up and make t1 WB. Then on day 2-3 they can push to 500 scrap for t2 WB. I think getting around 600-800 scrap by day 2-3 is not bad at all. Your problem is that you're thinking that "OMG I MUST HAVE T3 WB and AKs NAO!!!1111" I've played entire wipe cycles (I play monthly wipe) without a t3 WB. T3 is a luxury, its not a nesessity. Most of the items in t3 range (even if u get the WB, as as solo) would be too costly to lose as a solo. I also think that in general (overall) to play rust - you just need a revolver and your choice of armor based on your biome. Which is EZ to get and replace. The rest is icing on the cake.

wb3 is not luxury, it's easy to get, but for new players like you it might be a problem just like i said. If you really think only thing you need is revolver in rust, you're so wrong lmao

you're complaining that Wb3 is hard to get, now you're saying its easy. Stop being a hypocrite (and don't try to make yourself sound "always right" - learn to accept being wrong sometimes). For "pro" players getting WB3 should be easy. Just like anything for "pros" should be relatively easy. For new players - there is no need to get WB3, they can if they want, but its not a requirement. Hence why I called it a luxury. There is no point for me to run around solo with an AK, if I die to 2 players who attack me with xbow and revolver, while I have a python. A python is much easier to replace then the AK. Losing an AK every time Im not in "PVP mode" (distracted by farming or recycling) would just get expensive fast and make me look stupid.

I think you should be able to scrap the previous work bench, having 3 workbenches hanging around the walls is ridiculous, I say use the hammer and destroy item refund the scrap for other purposes.

I didn't say WB3 is HARD to get. Learn to read - and go re-read what i said. And who on earth goes farming with an ak, you're literally just waiting to die. And when you say wb3 is "luxury" and new players don't need it, you think new players shouldn't be able to access c4's and launchers just like i can? I understand that in this game you have big advantage if you have alot of hours but still.
