Blackscreen GMOD window after game closed cant be removed.

After closing my game, it crashed and now has left a huge black GMOD window on my desktop screen. Clicking anywhere its invisible and non existent.

Refreshing my desktop background does nothing, and its not active or in the background of windows task manager. I have no idea how to get rid of this screen. Please help.

ctrl alt delete => keyboard press h button, l button, => alt + e => enter
this action will find your gmod client process without mouse and kill it
