• what's the point of adding new areas to report people if they never get banned

so facepunch made a "report cheat" button about a month back and i have yet to see any of the scripters/espers get banned. the only people who actually get banned are hackers who have detectable hacks but the ones with expensive hacks that are not detectable never get banned. We watched as a hacker would be online every single day everyone on the server would report him 24/7 he listed the hacks he had "bloody mouse v3" and yet he never got banned. it's ridiculous that no hackers ever get banned. We have been doorcamped by a group of hackers who are admitting to hacking in voice chat and we have reported them over and over to no avail, it's ridiculous that its come to this. It's worth mentioning that i do play only on official servers which is my fault but for fucks sake facepunch do something about it. i would love to have a facepunch employee tell us why the official servers get close to 0 love when it comes to hackers that are consistently fucking with the server.
From another forum, same hack but for CS:GO: It's not norecoil, AFAIK. This mouse only tries to control spray like a normal player would. It just follows recoil pattern. And yes, it's not suppressing recoil completely. IT IS NOT DETECTABLE. Even if you report him 100 times, there is no way facepunch can ban him without being certain that he's hacking. The mouse basically mimics a pro player's input.
Also you can tweet to @rusthackreport on twitter for fast results most of the time.
I'm not affiliated with Facepunch, but official servers don't have as much moderation is because they are NOT intended for serious play. Also, take a look at the help section sometime. Every two weeks or so there are varying amounts of people trying to dispute a ban by claiming its a false positive. I've been around when actual false positives happened and people that fell victim to them tend to report back to confirm that they were unbanned rather than getting desperate.
I reported a guy wallhacking a week ago, I keep checking his steam profile looking for a red flag but nothing...
I have heard of some sort of program that people suggested called BattleEye that may help with detecting hackers. I wonder how it works.
Sent in several hacker reports on one guy and included videos of him hacking, including admitting he was hacking and could see me through walls. Nothing. GG
