Disconnected: EAC: EAC sandbox not active (dummy client)

every time i try to join a server it says Disconnected: EAC: EAC sandbox not active (dummy client)
ive tried restarting steam removing and reinstalling rust and reinstalling eac nothing seems to work if you could help me i would be very thankful it seemed to start when the Feb 8 update came out.

I would take my chances saying that the EAC thinks you could have a fake/outdated client, if you tried reinstalling Rust and EAC it could be a problem with windows, before doing anything with windows though verify the game cache
