I'm going to try this again, as much of a waste of my time as it will be.
Easy Anti <- This link will take you to the Easy Anti Cheat support form. If your ban was via Easy Anti Cheat go there to ask. If it was an actual false positive you and anyone else effected should eventually be unbanned. False positive bans are incredibly uncommon, usually the result of a new or foreign language driver/vital program that due to being new and/or foreign hasn't been cleared for approval.
Knowledge Base <- Closest I could find for VAC related info. VAC False positives are even more uncommon that EAC. Again, if it really was a false positive you will eventually be unbanned.
The Rust/Facepunch staff typically do not respond to ban appeals. Posting them here will moreso get you ridiculed by the community rather than answers. If you got a game ban that wasn't from either anti cheat and it isn't server specific, you most likely did something seriously messed up.
If you insist on trying to make an appeal here, do not try to claim how your ban is an invasion of privacy. The entire purpose of the anti cheats is to see if anything that shouldn't be running isn't. If you are going to pull that card remember that whatever triggered the anti cheat is a ToS violation. But since you are "so" learned about laws you probably knew that.
Facepunch DOES NOT just randomly ban people to force them to buy the game again. WHY would they have a system in place that locks you out of ever playing again and then try to force you to keep buying the game!?
Ethnic background has no impact on if you got banned. They aren't singling out Russians and Chinese or anyone for that matter.
NOBODY CARES HOW MANY HOURS YOU HAVE LOGGED. Someone with 10,000 hours is as likely to cheat as a fresh player.
If you are going to threaten legal action, seriously consider if a $40 video game plus whatever in cosmetics you might have bought is worth thousands of dollars in legal fees and hours in court. I only bring this up as threats of legal action were at one point a popular last ditch effort to try and reverse a ban.
Hopefully someone reads this and learns something before its buried under yet another avalanche of useless ban appeals.
