Just don't use leaked addons. They have a high chance of containing backdoors which is code that could potentially take over your server.
Also people have used their freetime to be able to earn money from what they have created. They probably created it because they wanted to make money and not for someone to come and take it for free. Let's say someone came and took all of your server files and hosted a server just like yours. Would you be happy that someone took all the time you had spent on setting up your server just for free? Probably not.
Using leaked addons is the same thing as pirating a game or maybe even worse if you use the addon for commercial use.
The consequences can be serious.

Depends on where you host your server. US; you and your host will get hit with a DMCA. EU; (by law) your host are required to remove all illegal content.
Using leaked content is a scummy approach as the creator might stop working on the project all together. On top of that, most content cost less than a sandwich.
This is why I haven't made any payed content yet. Who knows how many of my projects would have been released, if I was motivated more (Aboveskies, City, Melonsmash, gnomehunt, light_source, zero_g, gcards, MI .. ect)
