Error Code: 20006 (Cannot Create Service (StartService failed: 193))

Recently I have been thinking about getting Rust, but as it stands this error has never failed to pop up when I try to run any game that involves EasyAntiCheat. (ie Dragonball FighterZ, Block'n'load, Xenoverse 2, etc)
I have looked EVERYWHERE for a possible fix. I have contacted Tech Support for EAC and they have the same generic "Uninstall your antivirus, disable firewall, run system scan to fix libraries, update windows, water the cat" response. I have done all of this in attempts to make EAC work.
Finally got fed up with trying. Has any experienced this issue before and why does it happen? I have tried different things such as moving files from syswow64 to System32 and that doesn't help. I have attempted everything that I could find that was associated with this error and including the "Error: CopyFile failed with 32" that EAC.exe in Program Files (x86) throws at me when I try to install or repair anything.

Please help!
