f4 menu not showing up jobs if you are not whitelisted to them

I am Currrently using Bwhitelist on my Star Wars RP Server however I do not know how to make it so everyone can see the jobs. Is it to do with the f4 menu or bwhitelist its self. Please help me.

If BWhitelist makes them not visible for players, then you must write a support ticket on gmodstore, because its a paid addon. By the way, if you have missed your previous thread about this issue (it also has a response!) - F4 menu issues
