Is it possible to replace blood sprites serverside

Just wondering, since I never worked with such things.
Pretty much I was thinking if I want custom blood textures on my server, but at the same time I dont want to force clients to download blood texture pack from workshop, since it would replace blood clientside for them in gmod in general.
So is it somehow possible to maybe overwrite default blood decals or its not possible?

Addons added by resource.AddWorkshop will only be mounted when joining that specific server.
