What's your PC Specs

Assuming your PC is up to the games MIN requirements then personally this is the steps i'd take
Restart game, and Steam, duh...
Close game and verify game integrity via Rust properties in steam
Check for Graphics driver updates via your GPU manufacturer
Check for windows/macos/linux updates and update
Reinstall Rust
If none of those work I suggest @'ing Rust on twitter or on here to try and get more help. Those are just the steps I've had to do from time to time or have suggested to friends
