Rust just crashed. Where do I send my crash dumps? Posting a file link on these forums seems like a stupid idea since it might contain info about my PC in them.
how do you even get a crash dump (or any logs) for Rust? Or do you just collect the general windows crash dumps?
In rusts files there’s logs for crashes. On phone so don’t have exact file path
C:\Users\Jeff\AppData\LocalLow\Facepunch Studios LTD\Rust\Crashes
The best way to get to this folder on windows is with WIN + R shortcut then in run type: %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Facepunch Studios LTD\Rust
This should take you to the location of the crash folder.
WTF is going on with rust my game crash all the time,when I log back into my server all houses and players stuff is deleted or I get a error of some packet when trying to join my server.Please fix the game,we all paid for the game and my server is useless at the moment.Otherwise please refund me my money spend on game and server rentals.
Your not the only person who's game crashes. Have a look at the crash logs. (as far as i know all crashes are send to facepunch via sentry) Anything major i expect they'd see it.
As for asking for a refund you don't do that here. Server rentals are not owned or maintained by facepunch.
