Input an icon in chat?

Hello!
I'm currently considering adding a icon next to everyone's name, in the default chat. In my server, I have a csgo ranking system, but instead of having the rank names before their names (Like shown in the picture below), I would like to have the wingman competitive rank images... My question is what is the best way to implement this?
