I've been gaming for 16 years, and not once in my life have I ever met an honest hacker who told the truth. The only time they tell the truth is because they literally get called out with proof, and they'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get unbanned. They're not honest in a game, they won't be honest in a forum or a conversation of any sort. It's almost as if they believe their own lies, which in itself is their own mental problems they'll have to face.
Ignore the posts, don't respond. Just let them die, and don't feed the trolls. They got what they deserved. And if there are a VERY SMALL FEW who accidentally got banned, they're able to contact people in private about the matter and don't feel the need to bring it out in public. Because let's be honest, only a child thinks throwing a tantrum in the middle of a grocery store. Hoping a parent doesn't call their bluff in public is the way to get what they want..

And to top it all off, they literally are ignoring the post made a few months ago by Garry saying "USE THE OFFICIAL SUPPORT WEBSITE" if that doesn't scream a idiot hacker who got caught and is sorry he got caught, I don't know what does..

I have a logitech Keyboard and Mouse and I run the Logitech software - Ive even got a couple of keys bound to buttons on my mouse - I'm not banned because im not using the software to run an antirecoil script.
It is not a problem with logitech software if youre not using it to gain an unfair advantage.
well, then this brings up a new issue; predominantly logitech users, not a majority though, some using scripts, some not using scripts. some not even using logitech and some not even using scripts, just normal players, and then yeah, some cheaters. either way, there's something wrong going on
No it doesnt, you can macro mouse movements with the software. dont do it and you wont be banned.
Its just like AHK - plenty of people have it on their rig, but unless theyre using it to cheat, they wont get banned.

Can confirm , using a logitech mouse with the software running all the time , I haven't been banned , not that I've used the macro functionality though.
Can you really map out mouse movements with it ? I remember that the steelseries software could do only clicks and keyboard presses.

I can confirm there is a problem with logitech software, i bought my new logitech mouse, downloaded the software for the g402 hyperion fusion.... i started having problems with my mouse and rust to where i contacted an admin who tried to help me, i ended up sending it back thinking it was broken and got it replaced, around a week later i got banned which was today, i have the conversations recorded and i record gameplay for that matter, i enjoy playing rust and anyone that knows me knows there was never any cheats involved as im still shit at pvp lol.
after i emailed EAC to rectify this misunderstanding, i was obviously gobsmacked because i have 4k hours and have like £1000 worth of skins which i acquire on a weekly basis, i ended up searching the web for answers what could have caused this ban? .... the only thing i can relate to from what people have been saying about wrongful bans is this logitech software.

I got banned for no reason today I was playing just fine yesturday and everything and got banned for no reason like I farmed all day yestuday til like 7am got on today to check on my base and got game ban like wth bro what did i do to get the ban and i contacted all the rust people and they still haven't respong since in the morning
