On https://support.facepunchstudios.com/hc/en-us/articles/214241045-EAC-Banned Holmzy states The details of the ban will not be provided We will not disclose the cheats that were detected while connected to a EAC secured server. We have detailed records for each EAC ban; however releasing this information will only benefit cheat developers. The EAC team is continuously investigating EAC bans when users claim them to be false. EAC also states that . However on their own god damn Privacy EULA it states that: Rule 9 9 RIGHT OF INSPECTION The Player has the right to review the data saved to the register concerning himself/herself. In this case the Player needs to contact the registrar. The data saved to the register will be disclosed to the Player in a form, which ensures that no trade secrets or confidential information of EAC or third parties is disclosed to the Player. Rule 10 10 RIGHT TO DEMAND THE CORRECTION OF DATA The Player has a right to demand for the correction of inaccuracies concerning himself/herself, if mistakes are arisen in the Service regarding the personal data of the Player. In this case, the Player needs to contact the registrar. https://support.easyanticheat.net/static/downloads/eula/EasyAntiCheat_Privacy_statement_161219.pdf EAC and Facepunch care to explain the recent events?
have you tried actually submitting a ticket to EAC support? seems like that's the best course of action if you want to a dispute a game ban issued by their software, no? just because Facepunch will not disclose details doesn't mean EAC won't.
It's no use sending a ticket to EAC, I'm waiting for 3 days for a reply and nothing, when I tried to answer the facepunch support they simply banished me from the support.
What is the registrar? that the only question really. If registrar =/= EAC, then forget about it... Also Rule 10 is about personal data - and has nothing to do with EAC or cheats or investigations...depending on how they define "personal data".
Registrar is the database where they save all our bans. Rule 10 is about personal data. Bans are personal data.
Umm. No. A registrar is someone who registered a website. You are looking at the EULA of a website, not the company.
@Lance_Lake That's EAC's EULA
..... For their WEBSITE.. Not their service.
Who the hell makes accounts for eac?? Ofc its for their service
