Hey! Any way to check if some bad software left on pc? Recently bought used pc, guy told he played rust on it and got ban for no reason ( i assume there was reason, guy looked sketchy even in rl ).
Pc is totally wiped and reformatted, but now im afraid to install rust on it taking into account recent ban-waves..
i would be careful sometimes facepuch hardware ban the system. so lets say he got banned for cheating. then they make a anther account and buy rust again. there is a change that new account will get banned to. so i would be careful.
Yeah, but how do i check if this pc was banned?

there is only one way of checking it, and that is trying it out. I give it a big chance of getting banned.
How badly I want a pc, if someone sells it to me with the note: "I got rust banned" I would go away instantly, because:
I don't want to give him a chance getting his money back from games he cheated on.
I don't want to get banned myself.
Offcourse your free to try, but don't come back here salty because you can not play rust because they ban this way, you knew that he cheated when you bought the pc, so you should knew that you can also get trouble if somehow 1 file gets stuck or somehow they hardware banned it.
