I know this has already been answered but I wanted to give you a better idea of when. Currently, Rust is still somewhat unstable on pc, having come out of EA about 2 weeks ago. Almost always, console games are expected to be polished and worked out, so until the game is more consistent, optimized, and playable, it will remain on PC.

Console games are easier to stabilise because your working with one set of hardware instead of 100s.
