today i cant play coz im stuck at receiving data,i tried reinstall too but didnt worked.
Yesterday worked well without any problem.
Hope someone can help me about this

same issue here. Worked yesterday fine. Today not. No change at hardware/software.

Could be something with the server you try to join, try change server, also verify game cache.

possible fix:
try to join the server
open f1 console BEFORE "receiving data"
type: kill , and press enter
This can actualy fix it for you!

Now its okay after the wipe,and yeah it was only for my favourite server (EU Facepunch 4)
when this happens again, try to kill yourself in console before it's hitting "receiving data"
and no, this is not a troll :p
What happens if your stuck on loading server:
The server has to much ping for you.
You logged off in a area with many structures
the area you logged off it verry populated with players on that moment
most times it's a combination between one of the things above, and the map-size.
Killing yourself before loading in will kill your stuck sleeper, and gives you the chance ro manual respawn on a sleeping bag or somewhere else on the map.
