i noticed something was up, when i randomly started coughing in-game. and i had no addons that would make that happen, i didn't think anything of it, then few days later they somehow got into my gmail, and eventually im sure got all my passwords n stuff.

It seems the link posted above gives a good amount of information, including code and a whole bunch of other useful stuff.
If this hack is different to the one you've experienced then it might be worth elaborating on what happened when they took control of your computer. Did you see them deleting files or stealing your email? How do you know they got into your gmail?
It's actually incredibly difficult to hack someone's gmail account, so if they managed to do that, you could probably get a huge bounty from Google if you could find and report what happened.

I was not infected by that ulx config exploit, i patched that a long time ago when it was happening alot.
This infected me in a different way, and i'm not sure how.
whatever they did, infected my computer with a backdoor trojan, which my antivirus caught after running a full system scan, there is ways of injecting people through a DLL which i think it may have done. and to elaborate on what happened to me, i basically caught the guy remote controlling my computer and he had access to my gmail and paypal, i quickly disconnected from the internet and cleared out everything with the antivirus scan before he did anything serious though.
