render.capture's change causes screengrab addons to return a black screen. something that normally indicates that someone is cheating, as a result innocent people were probably banned for cheating when they weren't, and when it comes to light that the screengrab addons are broken because of the change, how many cheaters will get unbanned because the only evidence against them was a black screengrab.
Weren't supposed that last change regarding it would show the scene without steam overlay?
They only return a black screen if render.Capture is ran outside of a render hook.
