Character customization with a wide rangeof races troll/elf/human/mutant with special properties to them
Facial customization with a complex system jaw/nose/ears/scars/wrinkles/eye color/eye shape/eyebrows/beard...
Make our playstyle affect or characters wounds turn into scars, playtime makes hair and beard grey, kills makes your dick grow bigger eventually turning into a third leg that makes you run faster.
Love that idea but then that would just be putting the game under even more development and coding since they need to add different types of features for that kind of way to work but i feel like its possible man i never really thought of the scars and complexity cool idea!
the main dev did say he wanted to do character creation eventually but I'm sure it's a very low priority atm.

Don't turn this into another TERA, sex and basic appearance sure, but I don't want goblins trolls humans elves, oh hell naw
Its a fantasy game that only brings more interactions between players, they can get creative about the races, Tera is a shit mmorpg this wont be anything close to that.
Character creation is half the reason a play games anyway, would love to see it even if it is humans only
in the future yes, but right now its low priority
