seems like EAC is breaking their own privacy statement - Help

as in tittle, their privacy statement say i have roght to review saved data about me, but they are ignoring me...

The data saved to the register will be disclosed to the Player in a form, which ensures that no trade secrets or confidential information of EAC or third parties is disclosed to the Player.

As far as the privacy statement that you're citing goes, it says you need to contact the registrar. The very section you quote states this. Section 2 of the same document contains contact information of the registrar in the form of an email address.

My problem is you don't understand that no one around here can help you. And the developers or anyone else who doesn't give a damn about it don't give you any kind of answer here. And your crying is getting on everyone's shoulders. Just post a status update if you have a feedback from EAC but don't bother all people with your garbage. And if you have a HWIDBAN, we live in the 2100 century where people like you can use Google and change the HWID if it is so important to you. As long as you don't come up with evidence that you're clean and you didn't screw up, no one will take you seriously anyway.

no, its still 21st century. i gave them quite good evidences and everything what they do was closing my ban appeals.

bet their evidence was stronger than yours, as company I won't risk loosing lawsuits and lots of money because of a failing system that bans innocent customers. In your case you got banned for playing with cheating friends, you where honest in your own post/ban-appeal about knowing your friends where cheating for over 500 hours.

The information has been posted here multiple times, but because the help-me section got flooded with guys that claims a false ban, it's almost impossible to find these words from the devs themselves.

You where so honest to explain that you know and play together with cheaters, and some where doing it for over 500 hours. This already tells us that's the reason you got banned, because it's bannable to play together with cheaters.

I already provided the info you need, and told you you PROBALY got banned for playing with cheaters. I did not tell that this was the exact reason, only that it gets you banned these days. Good luck, not gonna waste more time.

always when someone gave them shitty evidences they explain why its shitty, i bet something is wrong if instead of explaining they close my ban appeal. and do you know that their eula give them full right to ban everyone even without reason? so they risk nothing.
