I am trying to edit a addon, and I need help with a player death function!

Hello,
So I am trying to edit a addon from the gmodstore for my server where when a player dies it will open a derma panel when a player is "knocked out". When the player gets shot at and gets knocked down I want it to open a derma saying a timer of 30 mins with text above saying "How long until you can be revived." I also want this to only work when there is a player as a medic job, if there is not then when the player dies there will still be a derma panel but instead it will be a text saying this is how long it will be until you can respawn and then when the timer is up it will appear a button that will respawn you when clicked.

That may seems a lot and I don't know if this is hard but I am for sure a noob at lua coding so please help me.

I want the code done or atleast something really helpful that I can use to make it my self.

I just want to add the code into the add script, not trying to make a whole new script.

Well, this is not how this works, you can go into gmodstore and create a job for this, although we can give you lots of resource, but there's no point if you're going to manage a server to just get code and not learning from it (And don't tell me "but hey, i'll"
