Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 models and textures? [XONE/PS4]

I know the game is crap. But that doesn't mean we can't get something good out of this, right? I want to port all the maps, skates and characters for THUGPRO (search on google, the community is still small but it's very good). And I need your help, I want to create new maps with the same quality as a modern TH, I need to see how the professionals did it, to get inspiration and know how to do the polygonal counting and everything else. I have the .pkg files from PS4 but failed to extract them.

Sorry for the late response, but i don't know how can you rip the models, since the game is Unreal Engine, you might find a way to rip the models, it's pretty hard to do but it's possible, just wait until someone rips them.
