Name change feature takes your coins before checking availability

So yeah I wanted to change my name, got told it's already taken but it charged me 50 coins anyway.
And yeah I might have posted about this in the update thread before but I'm really bummed about it, not only I can't get the name I wanted but I'm down more than half the coins I had now and I can't even try another name :/
