With the thread about shit that gets you mad, I feel like it's only fair to have a polar opposite, a thread about shit that gets you laughing, or happy. More specifically, things that have happened to you. Could be about a time someone said something mind-numbingly stupid, could be about a time when you ended up killing half a TTT server as a spectator.
This story is from a while back, year I can't exactly remember, but it was before GM13. There was this TTT server that had a bunch of custom content, like a door locking system for Traitors to use. At one point I saw someone break a door down with a puff of smoke, and I had no idea what he did. Fast forward to about a month later, I happened to install a kick addon ripped straight from SMod, and I figured out that was how he broke down the door.
I also figured out that, for some reason, you could kick people while in spectator mode.
What followed next was a massacre, nobody was safe in the underground tombs lit by torches and flashlights as a hostile ethereal entity began repeatedly kicking them to death. I remember distinctly being awarded the "Redneck Defender" highlight for having killed over a quarter of the server's innocents.
Just had a giggle imagining this ethereal leg come out of nowhere and kicking some bloke in the face.
On a Half-Life 2 Roleplay Server me and some dude were escaping CP's and got dive bombed by a damaged Scanner.
