I have always been and will be for honest play.I do not have other locks in other games.I received a large number of reports.I often got on your channel in a discord and on the wall to Alistair.Also i got report in game(25 reports).I understand that it's easier ban 1 player,than to prove to many people that this player is clean.I know that a friend of Alister Tom Ford not like me.And try ban my account always.Dear developers, I am an honest player, very like your game.I'm trying to do everything to prove that I'm a good player.I spent in these 5 days, a lot of time to contact you.Do you seriously think that the cheater would spend so much time?You yourself understand that buying a new account is not a big problem,but i try keep my honest name.I'm ready to go absolutely to anything that would prove that I'm playing fair, and I can repeat any moment for which I received report. Ban was automatic,not manual.Any programs make mistakes.I'm sure it's really a mistake.I ask you to test me, and not to trust the person whom I was able to kill in rust. EAC decision is final, your ban is permanent and there is nothing facepunch or this forum can do. Good luck on your next game.

"EAC decision is final" there was few situation when they "confirmed" someone ban and then unbanned him. and asking fp is best what he can do, despite that getting answer from eac is close to impossible, one facepunch staff unbanned few cheaters (who admit to cheating) and most likely he is still doing that

Anti-cheat cant ban Chinese cheaters, no one wants to play on official servers.EAC always is silent when you ask them to answer.May need fix anti-cheat? Hello, During the amount of apeals, and the rules here, there is only a 10% chance someone from facepunch will actualy react here. Ban apeals has to be done directly with the company. Besides this, you should keep in mind that the chance of false bans is below 5%, and nobody every has been unbanned here because of that. Also, your point of them thinking buying a new copy is not a big deal is trash-talk, the bans are on your IP and hardware, your new account will get banned if you use it on the same computer. What are you talking about lol? They NEVER unban cheaters, unless they work for facepunch and EAC or something to help test and improve the ban system. They will never tell you the name of the "cheat" they found on your cumputer, because making names of cheats public can help te makers of the cheat to make it un-detectable again. Everyone knows what's on their computer, if there was a cheat on yours, you should know this for sure. You should also know that fast shoot macro's on your mouse and recoil reducing macro's on your mouse are also considered 'cheating' and get you banned, even when it's through your mouse official software. Maybe you did this? (in the past?) Anyways, you don't have to answer the questions, only giving the information. Good luck man!

I definitely did not use cheats,I came up with the idea that I could be banned for standard macros for CS-GO which are downloaded along with the licensed software.(You can check it in official site) For all that, many people now got bans for nothing.You think that all these people and I are liars? I believe that I was banned due to more reports and hits on the wall of Alistair.Anyway even if they think I'm an intruder It can not be huge.So why can not I continue to play the rust?I already spent a lot of money because of the few banned accounts. No-one has every returned here with a post they were right and EAC or valve did indeed falsely ban them. False bans are very often roled back within 1 week, do you realy think they would risk all that guys winning a lawsuit because eac and valve false ban people and just ignore them? You also know that it does not matter what kind of cheats they find? It does not matter for what game the cheats where, the fact you used it on that game tells is your boundary to cheat is already low, and only gives a risk when you have a bad time on a server, what happens to many guys verry often.

Imagine, what kind of place this would be, if the devs needs to answer everybody claiming false bans and wanting to contact them. There would be no updates because they are too bussy answering everybody, thats why they work together with EAC, and most times they wont react. And don't get me wrong, I would like to see some posts where they do react, even if it will turn out to be a false ban in the end. Seen some guys who posted here, claiming false bans, and the devs reacted with a list off all cheats they downloaded and used last 2 years. They know every single file on your pc and every new account you make.

Then we got your reason of the ban figured out, you got banned of playing with cheaters. Playing with cheating friends is even worse than cheating yourself, because as human we have the responsibility to correct people if they are doing wrong things. Keeping quiet, and just farm what they provided because they kill everyone with cheats gets you banned, Thank god for that! You knew they used macro's you say, so you should have reported them instead of playing with them and afterwards complaining because you got banned. Your friends got you banned, so maybe you should contact them instead of texting here, and fix this with them. That has more chance.

Cheating, and playing with cheaters while you know they are cheating is just weak human behaviour. I said this because you where mentioning you spend lots of money on multiple accounts, and it is not fair you getting banned and ignored. Talking with that cheating friends and mentioning to them that you probaly got banned because they cheated and you where friends would have more chance of a positive outcome for you than posting it here, because the rust devs barely react to the apeals made here.

No, I mean that you sounded salty about the 2 other rust games you bought and are now waste of money, So I tell that you have better chance asking your friends money back because they banned you for playing with that cheating friends, than the chance getting unbanned because you where not cheating yourself, but did play with cheaters.

To be honest, they should not even have to warn you for that. Imagine how salty you will be when you die because of a cheater with a full inventory of good stuff, and this over and over again, because there are so many people cheating. With some common sence, you should already know that playing with cheaters is dangerous for your image as player, and there is a possibility that games change the rules because there are so many groups with 1 cheater that does the nasty work, so the other "legit" group-players can get away with the loot and benefit from it. As said, teaming in this way, with cheaters, is worse than cheating yourself, because you knew what they were doing, and if not, it's obvious to see when someone is doing things that normal people can not do. You benefit in almost the same way as cheating yourself (teaming with cheaters), the only thing thats more nasty about it is that the rest "not cheating" is pretending to be honest players. Keeping quiet about cheating friends, teaming with them, benefit from their cheats, and then trying to appeal your ban and accusing Rust / EAC / Valve of being dicks is just not right.

Facepunch told with the message of now banning mouse macro's, that they also concider playing with cheaters as cheating themselves, so they won't see it as a minor violation. How would you think they will do? They have lots of servers getting destroyed because players are cheating, and you just accept it and play together with that kind of people. For a company thats spending at least 20-50 a month per server on servers that getting ddos'ed and destroyed because of cheaters what causes lost of money, this is not a minor violation at all. It's the exact opposite, because in the past they banned only the cheater, and the others could just go away with the loot and destroy other players with that, and now they can't.

As said in your other ticket, the reason it shows "Banned by game developers" is because EAC uses that system to give out their bans. Why do you say one thing and he another?According to them, I play with cheats.I do not understand how it's possible for me to play 2,000 hours with cheats.

I already provided the info you need, and told you you PROBALY got banned for playing with cheaters. I did not tell that this was the exact reason, only that it gets you banned these days. Good luck, not gonna waste more time.

I asked you if you have cheating friends, you say yes. I'm 100% sure that they ban cheaters friends if they play together on the moment he cheats, thats why I tried to figure out why you got banned while EAC just sends you away and won't give you any info on the ban. Its ok I got banned for using a macro on my razor mouse..(which gives me an advantage over other players just like having a better graphics card might)...I am not a cheater, just handicapped and didnt read facepunches twitter account because twitter is stupid. Here is what I am doing. Not supporting Facepunch or any new games like ruin and help spreading the word not to buy anything from the Skin market it rust. They lock your account if you have a in game ban.

You bounded things that are not available to bind trough the game itself, what means you did something thats against rust, and they banned you for that. Don't twist it around, because everyone knows that this is trash-talk ;)

not trying to twist it....or trash talk it. Just trying to help others learn a lesson from me so they do not also get banned.

the only lesson I would learn, is just listen if facepunch / rust warns everyone about macro's getting banned and they give everyone 1 month the time of removing them, and don't be salty if I did not listen and got banned ;)
