I've finished implementing most of the new town code. If a player has enough trust and 500 Don they'll be able to create one.
A town provides a radius of block protection starting at a minimum of 16 blocks, other effects and bonuses are to be added.

Question, how is don created? Currently I see no way for money to be introduced into the economy other than people joining the game and spending money. Am I just not getting it?
