I've been try to make a successful and popular DarkRP server for a long time. I've been trying to make it unique and custom, but basic everything has been done. I thought to my self what is unique and hasn't been done on a DarkRP server as of right now. Then I realized, every server claims to be unique even though it uses like 3 million addons and coderhirer scripts. So I made a DarkRP server that is just the most basic stuff required to play. Technically this is unique because how many DarkRp servers are out there with just 4 addons?
Wonderfully Basic Features:
Clean install of DarkRp
No coderhirer scripts
Four addons that are used for building
NO DONATOR POWERUPS
Basic GMod map (gm_construct) as apposed to rp_downtown_1_43kj_fhd_43jkj_fjh_45_jdfj_rjhf_lkim

On this server I want it to focus more on Roleplay and basic things. We also might have some events sometimes like a zombie survival day or something like that if the admins and I think we could.

Let me point out how this server looks unappealing
1. Just because you are too lazy to add any addons doesn't make it unique
2. Its coderhire
3. Could you be a little more serious
4. Could you point out how many is on your admin team instead of what I am hoping is a joke.

1. I'm not lazy, I've spent time trying to make an addons filled DarkRP server but no one really joined
2. Are you saying the server is coderhire or are you correcting me? If its the second one must have been a typo.
3. DarkRp isn't a really super serious gamemode, I think the OP should reflect the gamemode
