Hello, I now run a semi-SMP server 24/7 hosted by BroHoster. I say semi-smp, and I'll explain why:
It's not a vanilla server, I have quite a few plugins running, iConomy, iZones, Essentials, localshops, LWC and world edit. PVP is enabled on the server, as is TNT, creeper damage, everything you would expect from a PVP server, except in cities. A city is a safe zone. All shops are player run, so somebody has to go mine whatever gets sold, so it's still pretty SMP, just with some enhancing plugins.
There's pretty much one rule, and that's do not grief.
We've just started up so there's lots of room to build!

Well actually it wouldn't be such a bad idea because people who want to find other things but minecraft could find them much easier.
Me and matty are going to embark on our search for a good place to start a village soon :D
