People are allowed to play however they please as long as they abide by the rules and don't disrupt other players. There is only one main faction: The United Nation States However, a variety of groups of Skypirates scatter the grounds and are soon ready to take to the air in search of UNS Ships to raid and take loot from. It is actually going to be uped as time progresses to see how it handles with more players on it.
