I will simply moderate and look for anyone that might be hacking/x-raying, but besides that, I won't do that much. That also means that the server could go in the likes of 2tb2 if everybody decides to go their own paths and go lonewolf, but it could also turn into something else is players banded together, built a town, etc. PvP Is on, meaning you can kill people if you choose to. Trust your instincts!

It's being paid by myself, and being hosted by [url=http://www.minecraftbox.com/]MinecraftBox[/url]. If enough people show interest and people demand it, I might try to get a bigger server and get a better host (MCBox isn't bad, it's just not really what I'm looking for..) next month. The server is located in the U.S, too. If it goes down, don't worry; I'll put it back up quickly.
