After a long while of testing and fiddling, we've managed to pull together a new server with 8 gamemodes. Each gamemode lasts for 20 minutes, after which time there will be a gamemode vote and then a map vote. You can use the !rtv command at any time to try to get the server to change game.

This is a unique blend of gamemodes all in one server!
We're also going for a new look, unlike most servers. For example, we have a nice clean map vote GUI, and also have the Exsto admin mod which fits in with this look nicely.

[b]Deathrun [/b]- Operate traps as a Death or try to get past them as a Runner.
[b]Gun Game[/b] - Get to the highest level gun first. Be wary of people knifing you - they will set you back a level!
[b]Prop Hunt[/b] - Hide & Seek; try to hide from the seeker.
[b]Toilet Trouble[/b] - Toilets and explosive barrels are falling from the sky! You have a gravity gun to kill each other with!
[b]EFT[/b] - Football in the extreme form.
[b]Ultimate Chimera Hunt[/b] - Hunt Chimeras

Pity to see you say that. If i saw you on the server I would've talked to you in game about what was wrong but sadly you've never joined according to the gametracker. Please spare some time to join the server so we can sort any issues you have out if possible. :smile:

Well it's not really like Fretta since the gamemodes aren't based off Fretta. They are more sophistocated.

I think it's safe to say that this isn't anything new or unique at all. There are like 20 other servers running the same thing. What makes this Deathrun gamemode different from every other Deathrun out there?

Sure, while Garry's Mod does allow for more capabilities for Gun Game, I honestly don't see the point of adding anything new to it as Gun Game is perfectly fine on CS. What is stopping everybody from joining a CS gun game server instead of this one?

While the idea sounds fun in concept for a little bit, wouldn't this just get boring and repetitive after like five rounds? I don't see how you can make the gamemode more interesting either.
Overall, I think you should work on revising some of the gamemodes or adding new ones. These gamemodes aren't making your server seem unique at all. Plus, the bad publicity you received from your HL2RP thread isn't going to make things better for you here. In the last thread you guys had a tone that seemed like you guys were better than your target audience here since you criticized someone for their English skills. Also, both threads you guys have made never answered really how your servers are unique in any way.
I don't mean to be an asshole to you or your staff but I really think you need to think things out more thoroughly when creating a server and an advertisement here. As said above, I really haven't seen anything unique or interesting here to separate it from every other multi-gamemode server.

Hrm, you've made some valid points in your post. However, I don't think many other servers have a rotating gamemode system with these specific gamemodes, most servers stick to the routine of things like climb, minigame maps, pirate wars and bunny hop. I do see what your saying though and we are switching gamemodes around and making a few other changes but sometimes it is hard to stray too far from the "set principle" without ruining something.
But of course, when there's a will there's a way so we'll try to amend this immediately.

Don't really get your point here. None of the gamemodes are RP gamemodes and none require you to RP either. You'll have to further explain sorry.
