You use the term "Serious Role-play" lightly, as there is a (s)hitman job, almost all of Mad Cows Weaponry, and money printers.

Depends on your interpretation of the actions Police Officers take.
I'd like to say that everything on DarkRP relates back to contrafarming(money printers), and that in this notion, all government employees are responsible for the rape n' pillage of other players livelihoods, and existences within DarkRP servers.
In all respects, the Police are not morally just within DarkRP, and the only thing which keeps the government from legalizing(or institutionalizing) contrafarming is simply rules on most DarkRP servers that consider such actions to be FailRP and minge-like.

Owner spawned himself millions - not a chance of me ever playing now. Whenever I've hosted a server I've just got rid of that command; there is no legit reason to use it.

yeah its not like he'd need money to test out spawning shipments, buying health etc - that would just be ridiculous

Generic DarkRP using a ton of addons released by others, nothing custom and generally ruining RP with way too many pointless things. Sorry but moving on....
