Gametracker isn't even accurate. it just checks every x amount of minutes. If you join just after a check and leave just after a check, it won't register you.
I had a cronjob running every minute and even THAT did not capture everyone who joined my server. But still, I doubt indeed that someone who'd make a statement like that has played less than 5 minutes.
